My account has a validation issue

Hello, when I log in to my fotolia account, I'm told that there is a validation issue. I have have the account for many years with no problems and I was just wondering if there was any way to rectify this? Thank you very much 🙂

They are usually responsive. Watch your spam folder.

Just to say: Fotolia has been closed down for a while. There is no possibility to log in there since a while.
