my account has a validation problem

Good morning,
I cannot access the Adobe Stock Contributor panel because I get an error message that my account has a validation problem and that I should contact Adobe. When I fill out the contact form an error is returned and I can't send it. What happened?

Hi @MatHayward ,

The Adobe "need help" page suggests otherwise. So I assumed that Customer Care has been getting trained to answer account problem questions... Does not seem like that, when I interpret your answer correctly here?

It may well be that you need to contact Adobe Customer Care via the little callout at the bottom right of the page:
