Question

my account is de-activated but why

My account is deactivated, and they are telling us we cannot change the decision, but why and for which image do they not tell me? So that I can give clarification on one side of judgment. It may be mentioned in the contract, but tell me, is it fair or not?

Did you re-read the TERMS of agreement?

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html

Deactivation is usually for suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties.
5) Other violations of Stock Contributor Terms.

This matter is solely between you and Adobe Stock, not fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community.

Work on other projects. Submit to other services. That's all you can do.

Best of luck.

It would be nice if Adobe provided more detail regarding their final decision to close an account, however it's my understanding that they rarely do so.  I think perhaps there are just so many accounts and so many violations of T&C's that they're just unable to keep up with it.

Ther is an official appealing process. How to Report (and Appeal) | Adobe Transparency Center. Fair or not, you agreed on the terms when you created your account.

You mentioned photography, but after everything that has happened, it feels like Adobe no longer cares about photography, photographers, or creators—only their business interests. In this system, we are treated like ants, and an unknown force can destroy our entire anthill without us even having the right to know who did it. All we’re told is that “someone” did it and that it’s somehow our fault. This is the system Adobe has created, and yet you speak about photography.
