My account on Adobe Stock has a validation status issue

Hi there,

I am writing to inform you that my account has been blocked due to allegations of non-original content and the uploading of works belonging to other artists.

I would like to assert that I am the rightful owner of all the content available on my account. In order to support my claim, I have provided trusted links to platforms where my original work is displayed.

Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that I do not utilize AI for the creation of my work.

To summarize my issues concisely:

  1. There is no evidence to support the accusation made against me.
  2. I have accumulated revenue that I wish to withdraw.
  3. I have not received any response or assistance regarding this matter till now.

Thank you!

Issues for copyright violations lead to a permanent lock out. We can't judge your content and do not know about the issue. Adobe will not publicly discuss your case.

Your point 1: I suppose that Adobe has at least suspicions about your content. I'm speculating here.

Your point 2 is not possible as long as you are blocked.

Your point 3: After the investigation, you will get a message if your account remains blocked. If they need further information, they will contact you.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum. You must reply to the Contact Us link on your account and wait for a reply from Adobe. It might take days, or it might take weeks to receive a reply, as their Contributor Support team seems quite overwhelmed at the moment with investigations into blocked accounts.

I have already sent them an email and received a response stating that my content is not original. That's why I reached out to them again for further clarification regarding this accusation, but I haven't received any response yet.

I have posted this information here in case anyone has any updates or additional information.

I would like to inquire whether this issue is temporary or permanent.

Thank you!
