My account was blocked due to Account validation issue

Hello!

My account was blocked on May 26, 2023, and that day I've sent message to contributor support, but still no answer.

I work with Adobe Stock and before with Fotolia for 10 years, and have more that 48k images and footages on my account. All of my content was made and edited by me and it's also can be found on other stock sites. And I've never sold any exclusive intellectual rights.

I don't understand what I have done wrong or what has happened. 

And also I want to know how much time I have to wait to get the answer

It could take weeks to receive a response, based on other reports we've seen from others in your circumstances. Adobe needs time to complete their investigation, and their customer support team is very busy right now.

Oh come on, 6 BUSINESS days is nothing.  You wait longer than that for a review. 

 

Give it more time, much more time.  If you don't hear anything in 15 business days, follow-up with Stock Contributor Support.   Check your email spam folder.

Hello! Thank you for your response and advice. It has supported me a lot. I waited for 15 business days and haven't got any response, so today I've sent one more mail to Stock Contributor Support. Hope, they will consider my case sometime, cause I'm very nervous about my account and earnings on it
