Question

My account was closed because too many images were downloaded

The first account I opened was suspended because there were too many downloads in one day. I opened a page again and started uploading images, I did not request any payment, today 68 images were downloaded at once. My account may be suspended again for this reason. What can I do to prevent this from happening?

It's scary we can lose our account just because we had a good day. Hopefully, you get your account back.

If Adobe finds fraudulent sales, they'll deduct those from the payout amount and restore the account. However, if they conclude that the Contributor was complicit in those fraudulent sales, the account will be permanently blocked since that's a violation of the Contributor Agreement.

Nothing. Best is to report the problematic activity. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)
