My account was De-Activated

My account was de-activated without any clarification,also they didn't send any email for about that.why that?I have obtain their rules and regulations often.and also i have request payout,it is not received.please help me to get my account back....

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

As we have stated here every time. We are not Adobe employees and can do nothing more except offer advice. 

Our advice is always the same.

1. Contact Adobe using the "Contact" link you see on your screen when you try to access your account. That is also what Adobe is telling you to do.

2. After doing so, Adobe will contact you with an explanation as to why they locked your account. This may take several weeks before you get a response.

3. Reply to the reponse explaing what happened and if appropriate, the actions you will take so that it no longer happens.

4. Then wait, wait and wait..... Do not send repeat emails within a four week period.

Adobe will, after a review, reactivate your account or leave it closed.

As said, we have no influence These are legal issues and not technical ones and Adobe does not discuss legal issues with outsiders, which is, by the way, standard for all companies.

You will receive a reply after you communicate with Adobe via the "contact us" link on your account page, but it might take weeks before you hear back because they are investigating many suspended accounts.

We are contributors like yourself and can not be of help getting your account back. I assume you clicked on the Contact Us link to inquire about the reason for de-activation. Your only recourse is to wait until Adobe completes their investigation.
