Hello, Community!

I'm a bit desperate. On September 22, I received a letter:
"Your account was temporarily blocked after noting that you have submitted Generative Ai content that is not within our guidelines."

The letter says that I may have violated one of the guidelines for submitting Generative Ai content, although I always try to work honestly, conscientiously, responsibly.

I make sure that prompts don't use references to other copyrighted authors. I try to attribute each work carefully.

Furthermore, I don't deny that I could have missed something somewhere, missed some extra word in the list of keywords, made a mistake in something. We are all human and can make mistakes.

I wrote a letter to the support that I am ready to correct all violations or delete works that do not meet the requirements, but I still have not received a response.

Guys, just tell me what needs to be fixed or improved, I want to work with you, and I am always ready to learn from my mistakes.

The war took away my home, my job, my friends and my loved ones. Guys, at least don't take away my dream and hope to survive here. I apologize for my emotions.

I consider it extremely unfair since Adobe had already accepted the works. They could just delete them or ask the author to remove them. Why block the account and deprive the author of earnings in the future? Like you, I'm from Ukraine.

It is simply not their job. You should not have submitted the assets. If they were accepted, the were accepted in error because Adobe did not check that at that time. Your earnings will grow again.

I'm in the same situation, was suspended for 3 weeks. Adobe remained silent and didn't respond to emails during this time. Finally, after three weeks, I received a response that listed my mistakes. They gave me one week to remove all AI photos with violations, which I did. As a result, after a 3-week suspension, all my well-selling works plummeted, and now there are simply no sales. I consider it extremely unfair since Adobe had already accepted the works. They could just delete them or ask the author to remove them. Why block the account and deprive the author of earnings in the future? Like you, I'm from Ukraine.

"Temporay" is the key word here. Stay cool, calm, and collected. I am 100% AI and it can be a daunting experience to submit them. Every time someone purchases one of my AI images, I check the asset and pray that neither I nor the moderator  missed any edits I should have noticed. I'd rather be temporarily blocked than have a buyer complain that one of my AI images did not meet their standards. Once you're back online, we'd would be very interested as to why your account was suspended so that other AI contributors can learn from your experience.

Thank you. Yeah, I'll just have to wait patiently. I'll try to keep you posted on how the situation develops.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum, and there is nothing that your fellow Contributors can do to help in getting your account restored. It could take days, or it could take weeks for Adobe to complete their investigation. Meanwhile, be patient and work on future submissions so that if and when your account is restored you will have new material to contribute.

Thanks for the replies and your support, guys. Yes, I have written to Adobe's cotributor's support, and I am waiting for their response. If the situation is resolved, and I get my account unlocked, honestly, I'd be scared to add material there again.

It's all very shaky. I spent more than half a year of painstaking work on my portfolio, tried to follow all the rules, my work was normally accepted by inspectors. However, after the lockout, I realize that there is no certainty in the future. I can spend another half a year or a year of labor, but my account can be blocked in the same way at one moment. But the next lockout they said will be permanent.

Indeed, you should proceed cautiously and make sure you understand all the guidelines and rules, which in the case of Generative AI, continue to evolve. This forum, as well as the Adobe Stock Discord channel, are a good way to stay informed on changing requirements. Good luck.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
