Question

my adobe account has been blocked but i want to recover my account is it possible

I noticed my contributor account has been blocked, and I’m not sure why. I always try to follow the rules and upload only my own work. If there’s been any misunderstanding, I’d be happy to provide more details or proof.

Please review my account and let me know if there’s any way to fix this. I really enjoy contributing to Adobe Stock and would like to continue.

Thank you for your time and help.

Best regards,
[khan]

Does anyone here know if a photo that we haven't seen that has a phone in the distance is a reason for Adobe to block the account? Even though this happened once in a year?

I can’t imagine why that would cause an account to be blocked. An occasional IP violation is generally not a reason for blocking an account unless it’s apparent that it is being done purposely and repeatedly.

I've been contributing to Adobe for many years and suddenly they blocked my account this month.
I have already sent several emails asking.

Very strange...

I assume you are using the Contact us link when you attempt to access your Dashboard. It is highly recommended you do not send repeated inquiries, as each attempt potentially opens a new ticket and can slow down Adobe’s investigation.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Thank you very much for your reaction Abambo, unfortunately I'm probably one of the guys who has to wait for months (over 4 months by now). Yes I'm checking my spam-box frequently, good remark though!  Cheers Albert

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. We can't be of help. Use the "Contact us" link as shown in your screenshot and ask for further details.

Helle Daniel, I have the same problem. I am blocked since the beginning of July 2025 and was a contributor over 6 years, never had no problems. I have no idea why I am blocked so I used the "contact Us" button, but until now I have not had an answer on my question. I also filled out a form wich is available for filing an appeal but until now never heard anything from Adobe. So I am very dissapointed not getting an answer, do you have any idea how to get an answer from Adobe Stock on my question?  Thanks in advance !  Cheers Albert

No one on this forum can be of assistance. We do know that it can take weeks or even months in some cases to hear back from Adobe. Your only option, unfortunately, is to continue waiting. It does appear that many if not most accounts that are being disabled are contributors who submit AI. Out of curiosity, have you begun doing so recently?
