My Adobe St Contributor account became inactive when I tried to log in from my PC. I received a message about having multiple Contributor accounts, but I am not aware of having another account. How can I resolve this and regain access to my account?

I created an Adobe Stock Contributor account using my Samsung phone . Today, I tried to log in from my PC, but my account appears to be inactive.

Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

Sign-in directly to your Contributor portal page.

Multiple accounts are prohibited unless you receive an exception from Adobe.
