My Adobe Stock Account is Blocked – Need Help

Hello, Adobe Community!

I really need your help and advice. Over a month ago, my Adobe Stock account was blocked, and I immediately submitted an appeal. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet and don’t know what to do next.

I’ve dedicated a lot of time to creating content for the platform—more than 15000 of my works have been accepted, and Adobe Stock has become a true source of inspiration for me. It’s important for me to understand which of my works do not comply with the guidelines so that I can correct any issues and continue creating high-quality content that meets Adobe’s requirements.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has recommendations on how to speed up the appeal process, please share your insights!

I sincerely hope for your support and appreciate any advice you can offer.

Sorry, there is no speed-up. And Adobe does not publicly discuss the blocking and the reasons. If you have filed your appeal. you need to wait. Adobe is moving slowly, but they will give you their final decision.

The forum is a community of volunteers and there isn't much we can help you with other than to tell you to use the Contact us link or to file and appeal, which you've apparently done. There is no way to speed up the process. There is likely numerous investigations ahead of yours and your only option at this point is to continue waiting. You will hear from Adobe eventually.

I just feel like I've been abandoned, I wrote everywhere I could, I'm just very sorry that it happened. I have no experience with this, thank you for answering and giving me advice.
