My Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked – no response after appeal (Case #00439200)

Hello Adobe Team,

My Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked, and I already submitted an appeal over a week ago. I received an automatic email with the case number 00439200, but since then, I have not received any update or response from the support team.

I completely understand the importance of the contributor guidelines, and I already provided all necessary details in my appeal message. I just want to kindly ask if there is any progress or update on my case status.

I would really appreciate it if a staff member or moderator could help forward this to the Adobe Stock Contributor Support team for review.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding.

Best regards,
Kanoksak Puanhgkham

If you would search this forum for posts about blocked contributor accounts you would learn that:

1. we are not Adobe employees and cannot give you any updates about your case.

2. Adobe does not respond to posts made here in this forum.

3. Your case can take weeks or months to resolve. You can only wait.

4. You should not provide personal information in your post.

You have a case number. Investigations can take weeks or even months in some cases. We are contributors like yourself on this forum and we can not be of assistance. Also, it is against the forum rules to proved personal information such as your email address out of privacy concerns.
