Hello readers,

My Adobe Contributor account has been deactivated on December 14, 2023. I have sent mail to Adobe team about 5 times but till now I have not received any reply on my mail. Today it has been 75 days but till now I have not received any mail whether my account will be activated or not. I don't even know how much longer I have to wait. Or should I create a new account?

Is there anyone here who can help me, I am very worried, it has been more than 120 days now, I have not received any replay from their side yet, I am not able to understand how much more I will have to wait. I am very sad about this.

As said above: noone here can help you. And Adobe won't publicly discuss your situation. However, Adobe replies relatively fast on the first request, with a standard text. After that, they stay quiet for the time it takes to investigate. It is more than possible, that they did answer you, and you did not check your spam filter or you did disregard the answer as an answer. After 120 days, you could send a friendly reminder, by using the link on your blocking screen. DO NOT E-MAIL, except if Adobe asks you to replay on a mail.

My account is deactivated since 14th December 2023, and ever since it is deactivated, I check my email very carefully every day, spam folder and all other folders too, I have not received any mail till now. He should have sent at least one mail. After that, I would wait for the time it takes to investigate, the problem here is that I still don't know what I should do...

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

It could take several weeks for the investigation to complete.

Be patient, work on other projects. Feel free to submit work to other stock services if you wish.

Did you use the contact us link on your account page, or did you send an email? Only the contact us link creates a support ticket in Adobe's Contributor Support System.

If you read through similar posts here in this forum you will always get the same advice. Wait. There is nothing else we can say to you. We can not advise you to create a new account.

I also feel that I should wait, but I don't know how long I should wait. This has been happening for more than 75 days, they should have at least sent me a mail.
