My Adobe Stock Contributor Account Shows "Inactive Account"

Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community,

I am trying to access Adobe Stock Contributor, but my account shows an “Inactive account” message saying that Adobe’s policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.

I may have an old or inactive Contributor account associated with me, but I do not know the previous account details, including the Member ID or associated email address.

I tried contacting Adobe Support through the contact form and selected “Account” → “Multiple account approval request.” However, when I tried to submit the case, I received this error:

“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case.”

Could someone please advise me on how I can identify or recover my old/inactive Contributor account and resolve this issue?

I want to use only one Adobe Stock Contributor account and follow Adobe’s policies. I do not want to create a second Contributor account.

Thank you for your help.

    I am joining in on the comments others are making because Adobe is neglecting all of us—offering no answers—so everyone needs to know what is going on.

    @khansayem,

    “We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case.”

    This sounds like a geo-location block.

    In which country do you reside?

    Has anyone managed to get this block lifted? Support is terrible; they don't give plausible answers—it feels like we're being answered by robots. Does the company prefer creating problems instead of engaging in dialogue and being transparent with its collaborators? Everyone loses.

    @Atilio5E19,

    You hijacked another users topic which is not proper forum etiquette.

    If you have questions, please start a new topic of your own.

    And stop spamming this forum with duplicate posts. It’s counterproductive.

    Adobe doesn’t monitor this forum.
