My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked — looking for some advice
Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask the Adobe Stock contributor community for some advice because I’m honestly quite worried about what happened to my account.
Today I received an email saying that my contributor account has been blocked for a “Terms violation.” The email only gives general reasons and doesn’t mention which specific asset or activity caused the block.
I’ve been contributing to Adobe Stock for quite a while and have uploaded almost 7,000 assets. I’ve always tried my best to follow the submission guidelines, and I have never intentionally violated Adobe’s policies.
What makes this especially difficult for me is that Adobe Stock has been my main source of income, so losing access to my account has a huge impact on me.
I’ve already contacted Adobe and submitted an appeal. Now I’m waiting to hear back, but I wanted to ask other contributors here:
Has anyone experienced a similar account block/Terms violation notice and successfully had their account reinstated?
Is there anything else I should do while waiting for Adobe’s response?
I completely respect Adobe’s policies and understand why they need to enforce them. I just hope my account can be reviewed again, because I genuinely believe there may have been some misunderstanding or mistake.
I’d really appreciate any advice from other contributors or anyone from Adobe who has dealt with a similar situation.
Thank you
