My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated in December
Hello,
I’m experiencing serious issues with my Adobe Stock contributor account after it was recently reinstated.
My account was previously deactivated. I later received a response from Adobe Support explaining that the deactivation was due to re-uploading files that had already been rejected.
Now my account appears to be active again, however I’m facing multiple problems:
• I am unable to withdraw my earnings — the withdrawal request does not go through
• My portfolio is missing
• My total balance does not match the full amount I had before the deactivation
• The account itself seems to be unstable / partially not functioning
This is very concerning, as I currently have earnings in the account that I cannot access, and my content and income seems to be missing.
Could someone from the Adobe team please:
• Confirm the current status of my account
• Clarify what happened to my portfolio and full earnings
• Help restore full access and resolve the withdrawal issue
I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this situation.
