Question

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated in December and support has not responded

Hello,

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated in December 2025.

Since then I have contacted Adobe support multiple times through the official contact form and email, but unfortunately I have not received any response.

I would really appreciate if an Adobe moderator could review my case or escalate it to the contributor support team, as I would like to resolve any possible issues and continue contributing in full compliance with Adobe Stock guidelines.

Thank you very much for your help.

Kind regards,

How to Report (and Appeal) a TERMS violation.

    https://www.adobe.com/trust/transparency/content-policies/how-to-report.html

Adobe takes TERMS violations very seriously. They have to. They can’t afford messy lawsuits or reputational harm caused by sloppy Contributors.  See links below for more details.

While you wait, submit content to other services. Or pursue other projects that interest you.

    Good luck.

Sorry you’re going through this. Like you already know, there’s nothing any of us in the forum can do for you, other than flagging your message, (which I will).

But I ask that you give us a bit more context, and perhaps we can learn from your experience in the future.

What did the message you received from Adobe say? Was it a deactivation or a suspension to investigate suspicious activity? Were you actively uploading and selling assets?

Keep us updated on how this plays out.

    Patience!

You must wait until the review is completed. Submitting multiple forms will not help.

    Hey  @mishelvermishel

Clearly we don’t have access to your account. Most of us here are volunteers.

    1. Check Your Email: Look for a, often generic, notification from Adobe regarding the, now, closed, account.
    2. File an Appeal: Use the "Contact Us" link on the Adobe Stock Contributor site to appeal the decision.
    3. Be Patient: Investigations can take days or weeks. Avoid sending multiple, duplicate requests, as this may delay the process.
    4. Wait for Decision: If it was a mistake, your account may be restored; otherwise, it could be permanently banned.

Emailing them constantly could slow the process down

    Cheers

    Nate

Hello, thank you for your replies.

I would like to add that I did receive an email from Adobe saying that my account was blocked for a “Terms violation”. However, the message does not explain the specific reason or what exactly in my content or activity violated the guidelines.

The email only lists general possibilities like excessive submissions, spam, or content rights issues, but there is no concrete example or explanation.

Since December I have submitted an appeal and contacted contributor support several times, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far.

I would really appreciate any advice from the community or a moderator about what the best next step would be in this situation.

    Thank you!
