My Adobe Stock Contributor Account Was Deactivated – Need Urgent Help

Hello Adobe Team and Community,

My name is Saifur Rahman, and my Adobe Stock contributor account (Primary Email:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers], Secondary Email:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]) has been deactivated.

I received a message stating that my account could be reinstated after removing certain content. I agreed to this and confirmed that I have no issues with the removal. However, my account has not yet been restored.

I have already sent multiple emails to[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers], but I keep receiving the same automated response without a clear resolution. I need to know what further actions I need to take to get my account back.

Can anyone from the Adobe team please help me resolve this issue? If any community members have faced a similar problem and found a solution, please share your experience.

Thank you for your support. I appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Best regards,
Saifur Rahman

You're getting automated answers because multiple contributors are sending multiple requests to the contributor support and as such, contributor support has even not a chance to read all those requests. Patience is a virtue. You should be patiently waiting for the outcome of their investigation. In the meantime you could check your assets and your actions to see how thjey could violate the terms and conditions of your contributor account.

Adobe won't discuss your situation here in this public space. They even won't discuss anything with you as long as they are investigating. At some point, you will get an e-mail with their final decision

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

I have already emailed Adobe Contributor Support, but they are not taking
the issue seriously. I have been trying to contact them for over a month
regarding this matter, but they are not responding seriously. I have
reached out through Adobe Support, the community forum, and every possible
platform, but I am not getting any solution.

Only contributor support is competent to solve your issue. And they are working on each blocked account. They will respond in their time frame and all you can do is waiting for a decision from Adobe. I know that it can be frustrating, but there is no other solution.

Neither Adobe customer support, nor the community can help here. That's why you're not getting a solution here.
