my adobe stock contributor account was disabled

Hello,
A few days ago my adobe stock contributor account was disabled. Then I contacted the support center and told them this, they said that there have been "unusual events, submissions, and/or transactions that are against our terms and submission guidelines".

But I didn't do that. I am an illustrator teacher, a few days ago I asked my students to download an illustration in my adobe stock to teach an illustrator lesson. I think that's why my account is disabled. It is not an unusual download. It was downloaded by real people.

But here my students have not used adobe stock before. Therefore, they downloaded my illustration from an adobe stock trial.

I think my account is disabled because of those reasons. Ultimately this is a misunderstanding. So I request you to give me my account again.

Not knowing what Adobe thinks, we cannot tell you how this will proceed, but it looks for me, like your having tried to boost your account with the help of your students. You can't tell that this is a standard school exercise, because for this, your school would need to have a subscription to stock and you would have imposed a theme and not an asset. 

 

I'm sure that this is considered as a breach of the terms and that therefore, your account will stay closed. 

 

But we are not Adobe, and nobody here on this forum will be able to obey to your request. Sorry for you, but you. But thanks for confirming that Adobe Contributor support is responsive, as many here write that they did not answer to their questions!

    This "misunderstanding" will have meant that Adobe paid into your account for each download on a free trial. Many people have seen this as a clever way to get free money from Adobe. So you can expect to be blocked forever, even if for you it was an accident; this cannot be tolerated.

     

    HOWEVER, we are not Adobe, and you cannot get into a public discussion with Adobe about your private account. You can only send a polite email to Adobe explaining the situation, and hope.
