My Adobe Stock Contributor account, which was deactivated on August 14, 2026, due to “suspicious activity.”

I submitted my appeal on August 16, 2026, under Case Number: ADB-46648740-B5C2. I followed the instructions provided by Adobe and waited for the review process to be completed.

On September 25, 2026, I received an email stating that my case has been resolved and asking me to provide feedback. However, when I log in to my Adobe Stock Contributor account, my account is still showing as deactivated. plz help me with this

Which channels did you use to contact Adobe? I ask because the email you received doesn't seem like a typical response from Contributor Support for the deactivated accounts category, where you normally just get an automated reply.

Your appeal is probably under review, so there’s still hope for reactivation.
