Question

My ARTWORK is NOT AI

Adobe Stock rejected my images for a few reasons:

 "Undeclared Generative AI Content."

MY ARTWORK WAS NOT GENERATED BY AI!!!

Another reason being:

"Non compliant use of another artist’s name"

when clearly my artist name is my middle name unless someone is stealing my work.

How can I fix this?

My artworks are imagined digital paintings that I PAINTED in Procreate.

This IS the non-compliant reason:

Drop that name, and it won't be uncompliant anymore. If you are getting the "Generative AI" refusal, you need to submit a property release stating that the asset has not been created by AI.

When Adobe supplies that reason code, it's likely that only one of those reasons is the cause. Did you use your name in either the title or keywords? That's not necessary and can confuse the Moderators.

No, I didn't use my name in. My name is the signature on some of the artwork. Could that be the reason?

Yes, of course. Adobe's guidelines clearly state that watermarks and signatures are NOT allowed. Have you read the guidelines? Click in the Learn & Support link at the top of your contributor page.

"Cleary my artist name is my middle name."

Are you saying your used your name in the titles or keywords? That would not be allowed. As for your assets not being AI, you may need to provide a property release to prove that the assets are your original works of art.

Hi, no, I don't use my name in the titles. I have my signature on the artwork. Okay I will provide them and if it makes any difference.

If you do not have quality issues, there is no need to post the full quality assets for now, as I think that the issue is settled:

It is clearly not allowed to sign off your artwork here. You even explicity agree that naming you as the artist is, normally, not necessary. If the artist is need to get credit, your screen name at Adobe stock will be used.
