My contributor account got banned

I have two contributor accounts on the platform, I upload AI images on both and I just knew it is not allowed to make two accounts for the same type of images. i misunderstood that point at first.

I deserve the ban because I violated the terms, but now I want to start again and make a new account (just one).

my question is,
can I upload the same images that I uploaded before on my previous accounts or should I make new images?
also, my accounts is deactivated not permanently banned, I contacted them asking to ban one account and re-activate the other, so should I wait for their response and there is a chance of getting one of my accounts back or is it done and I have lost both of them forever?

Clarification still needed:

You say you deleted account B, and you're still working on A. How, if both accounts have been banned? Also, a contributor can not delete their own accounts, but must have Adobe do it for them. Is that the case?

In any event, to answer your question, once the dust has settled, then yes, you should be able to upload your previously submitted assets to an account yet to be created, provided you're certain accounts and A and B were disabled due to having two accounts with the same types off assets, and not because there were any problems with the assets themselves in particular.

If you start a third account before Adobe completes their investigation, you'll end up with three accounts. Wait it out. If Adobe reactivates your account on the condition that one account is deleted, you'll still end up having two accounts if you create a new one. And you'll be banned again. Probably permanently this time around. Again, wait it out.

Thank you for your reply.

In the worst case if they permanently banned both of them. can I upload the images again or should I generate new images at all with different metadata
