You need to contact Adobe via the link provided on your locking screen. Then you need to wait for Adobe to answer you. They will answer by mail, so watch your spam folder. Currently, due to the number of requests they get, they are slow to answer. Don't spam the system, wait at least 14 days before sending a friendly reminder.

There are may reasons why an account can be blocked. When your account got blocked after you asked your first payout, there is probably something suspicious with the sales you made. Not all blockings are for copyright infringement, but all are for reason. In all cases, Adobe does not publicly discuss the reason for the blocking.

If you have replied to Adobe to the link on the page that indicates the validation status issue, you must wait for a reply from Adobe as to specifically what the issue concerns. Be sure to check your spam folder so that their reply isn't overlooked. According to previous reports here in the Forum, the validation status issues can possibly be cured and your account restored.
