I'm experiencing the same issue as you. My portfolio is inaccessible when my region is set to the United Arab Emirates, where I expect the majority of my sales. Strangely, it's visible when I switch to the United States region in the footer. I've contacted support, but the response was a generic and unhelpful one. It seems this is a region-specific problem affecting multiple users.

No need to contact support for that, it's by design. There are two regions, the general region and the more restricted region. The restricted region needs additional vetting. That vetting won't be done until your asset reaches a certain number of sales. If your assets are highliy localized, the sales will never reach the required number for additional vetting. That's an issue for those assets.

The solution here is to submit assets that are interesting to the whole community, not only the local market.

Thank you, ABAMBO. I understand that portfolio visibility is subject to regional limitations, with additional requirements for certain regions, specifically reaching a sales threshold. However, this creates a vicious circle: limited visibility leads to fewer sales, which in turn prevents meeting the sales threshold for broader visibility. I want to reiterate the importance of localized content. For example, during Chinese New Year, people naturally seek out authentic calligraphy from artists with cultural expertise. Localized skills enrich the platform, and I hope Adobe will consider how this policy impacts creators who focus on unique regional content.
