Stock Contributor Account Deactivated - Requesting Escalation for Appeal Review

Hi Adobe Stock Community Managers,

I am writing to kindly request your assistance in escalating my account review to the Trust & Safety team.

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated in April 10

2026 due to "suspicious activity." All the content in my portfolio consists of 100% original photos and videos shot by myself using standard camera and drone equipment.

I suspect the system may have been triggered by a technical glitch or duplicate upload retry from a submission tool I used previously, though I am not certain of the exact system flag. To be completely safe, I have already revoked all third-party tool accesses.

I submitted the official Appeal Form via the Web Portal recently, but I have not received any email confirmation or status updates. My previous case reference was ADB-46511467-B8K7.

Furthermore, I received an automated email on May 28th directing me to fill out the appeal form, which I completed, but I have not received any response or status update since then.

Could a Community Manager please help escalate this case to the review team so my account can undergo a manual review? I am more than happy to provide any proof of ownership or identity required.

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,
Wei Yang

Are you located in mainland China?

I ask because that might explain why your account was blocked.

Adobe Stock buyer and direct web services are generally unavailable or heavily restricted in mainland China due to local network policies and regional blocks. Geo-restrictions are beyond Adobe Stock’s control.

OK. Then you’ll have to be patient & wait.

When Adobe Stock is ready to contact you, you’ll be notified but probably not until then.

Appeals requests can take several weeks or months depending on volume of cases.

In the meantime, work on other projects, submit to outside services.

    Good luck.

“Suspicious activity” is usually a pattern of back-to-back sales as is shown in your example above. It could be someone purchasing their own assets to inflate their sales, someone using a stolen credit card, someone using the Free Trial to purchase assets, etc.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing that the members of this community can do to assist in resolving such account matters. We are Contributors and have no inside view into your account.

    Thank you for your insight!

Just to clarify, I have never purchased my own assets, nor have I ever engaged in any fraudulent downloading or sales manipulation. Every sale on my account was completely organic.

I understand that regular community members cannot access account details. My main purpose in posting here is hoping an Adobe Community Manager or Staff member might see this and kindly help escalate my appeal to the Contributor Relations/Trust & Safety team, as I have been waiting for a response since submitting the official appeal form.

    Thanks again for your reply!

No, Adobe staff members no longer participate in this forum. Suspicious activity can also include a bad actor attempting to use a stolen credit card to purchase your assets, among other possibilities that are no fault of your own.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.

We are contributors like yourself and we cannot be of help. You have a case number. Now all you can do is wait for Adobe to complete their investigation. Investigations cannot be escalated in any event, as other investigations are ahead of yours.
