My design thumbnail on Adobe Stock automatically gets smaller, and eventually, it gets rejected. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

I appreciate your prompt reply. I have resolved my problem. It was related to the size of my artboard, which was 400px by 400px, resulting in a resolution of 0.16 MP. However, the size of my design thumbnail image was 4000px by 4000px, equivalent to 16 MP. This approach worked on Freepik but not here. Therefore, I adjusted my artboard size from 400px to 4000px, and now everything is good.

What did you submit? If you submitted vector, check the requirements. In all cases, you should tell us the rejection reason, and may be post one of the assets here, so that we can check them.

Design thumbnail? Do you mean the JPEG image accompagning the vector file? Adobe does not use that anymore and asks for a correctly sized art board.

Good to know that the problem is solved.
