my designs are under review for 1 year

23 days isn't much time.  Average wait times are 6 - 8 weeks. 

Did you use a batch uploader?  I ask because that may be part of the problem. 

1 year is too long to wait.  Delete, rename & re-submit each one separately.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no reply from them. There's nothing you can do to hasten the review of your assets; as @RALPH_L  indicated, you can try to delete and resubmit and see if that catches the attention of a Moderator.
