My file got a "Non-Compliant" rejection. I forgot to check the GenAI box, which explains the AI flag. However, it also flags "use of another artist's name." My metadata is clean. How do I find what triggered the artist name flag?

"Non-Compliant" rejection on original 3D icon

Hi everyone, I received a "Non-Compliant" rejection (listing undeclared AI/artist name/overall guidelines) on my original 3D construction worker icon. A search shows 5.7 million identical themes on the portal (screenshot attached). Is this rejection just Adobe's automated way of blocking new submissions for completely over-saturated, generic concepts?
