Question

My file is not being reviewed

It takes a maximum of 8 weeks for file review in adobe stock. But it's been a long time and my file is still not being reviewed. It's been 2 months after uploading some files and now it's not being reviewed. I can't submit new files for review.
How can I solve this problem?

My Photos also are waiting for 8 weeks right now.

Shouldn't take much longer...

A work week is Monday thru Friday.  Staff rarely work on weekends & holidays.

Review times can vary from 1 - 3 months depending on season, how many reviewers are available & how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue. Deleting & resubmitting assets resets the clock to day 1.

Be patient and work on other projects.  Submit to other Stock services if you wish.

I'm not sure about the moderators.

As for the rest, I agree.

Yeah, I get new assets accepted on Saturdays and Sundays, usually during the evening hours, within a few minutes of uploading in most cases. I'll upload maybe three or four, and one or two get reviewed. I assume the moderators are in another time zone. My older assets typically get reviewed between 9 AM and Noon Central time, in the order submitted.

What hasn't been told yet here: the time shown is the upload time, not the submission time. You can upload, wait a month and then submit. The asset will start with a one month time stamp. But the clock runs only after submission.

The time period shown is rounded up - 2 months might actually mean that you submitted these 6 or 7 weeks ago. There's nothing you can do to hasten the process of review except be patient. I looked at the titles and keywords on a couple of the images, and they're not going to help you get these assets noticed by Buyers. Compound keywords such as "sun set in desert" are useless. The correct word is "sunset". The title "sunset in desert" is not descriptive enough. "Sea" is one of the keywords, but there is no "sea" in the picture. The last example "lady in a hat vector art" has many inappropriate keywords, such as zombie, monster, evil, gothic, lion. In order to correct the titles and keywords you would have to delete these submissions and start over.

Just a suggestion, but if you've had images sitting around unreviewed for more than three months, I would delete them and resubmit. BUT...change their titles. That may or may not have something to do with assets getting stuck in the queue. I haven't faced this issue myself as yet, and I generally have one or two assets reviewed within a few minutes after uploading in the evening hours, and a group of older assets reviewed in the morning or afternoon hours the next day, in the order as submitted. If you're right at 2 months (e.g., 8 weeks), review of your assets might be right around the corner. So don't be too quick to follow my instructions. Wait at least three months.

It's definitely not really the "max", I had some sitting in review for
around a year at one point. I deleted those and reuploaded. Currently I
have many at 2 months.
