My files have been under review for over 16 days

Hey!
I uploaded around 40 illustrations and it has been 16 days since the upload, but they are still under review. I have never uploaded anything to Adobe Stock before, only to Fotolia. Could this have any influence on the situation?

Illustrations and Generative AI assets have apparently been lumped together into the same moderation queue, which has now grown to well over a month due to the many contributors uploading hundreds of AI assets at a time. Be patient; they'll get to you soon!

There is a backlog of assets to review.  Illustrations are taking longer than photos.

Greetings! If you look through the recent posts on the Stock Contributor forum, asset review time is a popular topic at the moment. What sort of illustrations have you submitted?

Particularly for Generative AI assets, other users have reported a month or longer. It's thought that Adobe is receiving a great deal of Generative AI submissions, with some reporting they've submitted hundreds at a time. Non-AI assets are from averaging around 5-15 days from what others have reported.

Although it would be potentially normal for an illustration to be in review for 16 days currently, having a Fotolia account that hasn't been linked to your Adobe account could cause this. For this I believe you'd need to contact Adobe Contributor Support

Having your ID not be accepted could also cause this, so make sure to double check that it's been approved.

Cheers!
