My files rejected due to NON-COMPLIANT VECTOR

Some files are rejected and they have told "Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your vector. Unfortunately, we found that it doesn't meet our needs."

 

Please let me know the details of these reasons.

Also, the contributors here may be able to suggest the problem or how to improve. Please share one original vector file that you submitted (NOT a JPEG of it!)

Technically speaking, shapes don't line up.  Colors are not consistent.
