My First Submission Was Rejected

Question

I'm brand new to submitting photos here. Unfortunately my very first submission was rejected due to "Technical Issue". I have no clue what I did wrong. There is a white fence (barely discernible) and have to wonder if that is an "issue". However, not sure that would be considered a "technical issue".

I'm hoping someone could tell me what I could have possibly missed. There are no details provided as to just what I needed to focus on.

Any insights would really be appreciated!

I quite like the general idea of the composition, though there are random parts of tree at the top corners.  More of a problem is that not much seems to be in focus. Although it's taken on a good camera there's no detail when zoomed in.
