There are some real issues with your asset, like the DOF as pointed out by @Jill_C . But there are also other points to ckeck:

Ha ha - great image and great idea ..! But I can see some minor flaws - some stray hairs and one claw. And maybe the

image is a little bit on the dark side ..?

You may have found a very strict moderator. I've circled the things I personally would have fixed or removed before submitting. One, some, or all may be been the reason it was not accepted.

I should clarify. By "strict," I mean a moderator who was doing the job they were hired to do and noticing errors a less careful moderator might overlook.
