My most popular image is missing from my account

Hello!

I've noticed that number of downloads from my Adobe Stock account has reduced dramatically. When I opened my portfolio, I've found out that my most popular photo is missing there.

Any suggestions/recommendations?

Who should I contact to handle that?

Regards,

VK

The Bean sculpture is copyrighted by the artist, Anish Kapoor, and cannot be used commercially without permission by the artist or the city of Chicago. Perhaps the images you've seen on Adobe Stock are for editorial use only, or maybe they will soon disappear as well.

Check the “Not accepted” folder.

If it has been removed, it will appear there.

No, I did not. The picture removed was a photo of Chicago's downtown with famous Beam/Cloud sculpture, which is publically accessible, so I do not think anyone owns a right for these images. And there are tons of similar picture on this site:

But even if I've violated community's rules, was I supposed to get a notification about that? Or about the fact that my photo will be removed, correct?

I did not get anything like that...

Just trying to understand what has happened there....

Did you attach a property release when you applied?
Unless you have a property release, commercial facilities and artworks will be removed if the rights holder requests it.
There are many photos on Adobe Stock that cannot be posted unless you get permission from the rights holder to sell them.

Adobe also acts on its own, as soon as it gets knowledge of a violation of third part rights. They can't risk getting held responsible for any copyright violation.

What type of assets are they?
Does this mean that there was a problem with the assets I had registered and they were deleted and are no longer displayed?
Or does this mean that their search ranking has dropped and they are no longer displayed?
