My offical ID has been rejected

I'm using Adobe Stock potuguese version (Brazil), and I sent my official ID photo, in which is official, and it has been rejected.

What should I do? The purpose of the ID is it not to prove that you are the actual person on your Adobe account? How can I prove that I am who I am, if my official ID has been rejected? Sorry, this is a bit frustrating.

The ID card you submit must be a government issued photo ID card. Your ID does not show a photo. You need to scan both sides and submit.

when I enter in "Uploaded files" in Adobe Stock there is a message at the top saying "Your ID card got rejected. Please submit another one before continuing".

If your id is not clear and readable, it gets rejected. Scan again at a good quality and submit again. Happened also to me.
