My original cgi animation are getting marked as AI

I have been submitting content on adobe stock which are both ai-generated and non ai-generated.

The problem is that my non-ai generated animations are getting rejected for not ticking the generative ai checkbox.

How can I resolve this issue?

We've been recommending that you resubmit the assets with a property release to show that you are the author of said assets. A pain, I know, but until this gets straightened out, the only other option is to resubmit them and hope you get a moderator that recognizes the assets are not AI.

Hi @Mendelian_artist ,

I suggest you send a ticket from your contributor page highlighting this issues. Then resubmit the affected files as suggested.

Best wishes

I can't find the option or generating a ticket from my contributor page. Is there any dedicated article for this?
