My payout of $31.14 via Payoneer has been showing "Pending for payment" since June 1, 2026. My Payoneer account is approved and connected. Could an Adobe moderator check the payout status?

Hello Adobe Stock Team,

I requested a payout of $31.14 via Payoneer on June 1, 2026. The payout status is still showing "Pending for payment".

My Payoneer account is approved and connected correctly. I have already checked my Payoneer account and there are no issues or pending verification requests.

Could you please check the status of my payout and let me know if any action is required from my side?

Thank you.

    Hi @Nancy OShea

Is this a refund or royalty payout? The information at payout request says payout will be made within 7 to 10 business days. Please note Business days. Ten business days would include 2 weekends of two days each, That would be 4 extras calendar days on the maximum 10 business day, which equals 14 calendar day. You start counting from June 2 which lands you on June 15. Simple check, the date 1 plus 14 days equals the date 15. Therefore, payout should have completed before or on June 15th.

    Regards

Payouts typically take 10-15 business days from the day after your request was received.

You’re still within that processing threshold.

Did you contact Payoneer to verify that your account can receive royalty payments from Adobe?

Adobe say 7 to 10 business days and is paying out within the time stipulated. That is a maximum of 14 days except for a period including holidays. The request was made June 1. Today is June 22 that is far more than 14 calendar days - one week more and pass the typical five days allowance. @Rowshen+jamil need to contact Adobe.

According to Adobe Managers, refunds take about 12-14 business days.

    June1 doesn’t count. June 2 - 22 = 14 banking days as Juneteenth was a federal holiday.

    Hi @Rowshen+jamil

To the best of my knowledge, Adobe is paying out on time. Therefore, if after requesting payment on June 1st, you are currently having a pending payment status, I suggest you contact Adobe right away using the “Contact us” link at the bottom of your contributor account. That’s how you’ll get the attention of a staff member. It is unlikely that you’ll get an Adobe staff member’s attention in the community.

    Best wishes

Is your payout still listed as “Pending?” I’d wait another day or two and if you still haven’t received it, you need to contact contributor support. The link is at the bottom of your dashboard.
