My photo was rejected due to technical issues. Don't know why

The verticles need to be straightened, the left side needs cropping and the birds should be removed. 

It's underexposed and the verticals need to be straightened.

The photo doesn't appear particularly sharp to me, and there was some halos around the tops of some of the buildings.  The perspective is a bit off as well, with the building on the right appearing to be crooked.
