My photo got rejected because of quality issue, I want to know the specific reason to improve my Images further.

Hello,

Unfortunately the dogs aren't in sharp focus, and when enlarged this becomes noticeable - so that's a problem!

The bag (?) in the corner is very distracting, so you need to crop it out.

There are noise issues as well as JPEG compression artefacts.

The texture of the fur on both dogs lacks structure and is blurry. Looks like these were taken with a small sensor camera. The object in the left in the second image should have been edited out.

Soft focus and loss of detail when viewed at 100%. The object in the left hand corner of the second image is distracting.
