Hello everyone! My photos were not accepted, they thought they were generated by AI. Please tell me where I should write and send the originals to prove that these are photos? Thank you!

Can you show us the whole rejection letter?

Were these actual photos or illustrations?

Stock sometimes has trouble telling what's real from what's not real.

Hello!
Thank you for your reply.
These were real photos.

Disclaimer text: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image.

During our review, we found that it is likely to be generated by AI and not labelled as such. We can't accept your image into our collection without the label declaring it is a generative AI image.

In the photo: freshly picked mushrooms, cleaned and laid out in the sun to dry.

There are two possibilities:

  1. They have the look and feel like generative AI, in that case you need to add a property release, stating that they are not generative AI. You are the photographer and the property owner and you can submit the property release as an e-signed release.
  2. There are quality issues with the pictures and the moderator did make an error by marking the wrong refusal reason.

You can accompany them with a property release indicating that you're the photographer, or you can resubmit them and hope that they get accepted next time.
