The vast majority of people—roughly 75% to 99%—never scroll past the first page of search engine results. In fact, user behavior research shows that only 0.63% to 0.78% of users ever click on a link from the second page. If users do not find an acceptable answer within the first few organic links or features on page one, they are far more likely to modify their search query entirely rather than sift through subsequent pages. 

It is out of focus or blurry.
That is the reason for the rejection.
When zoomed in to 100%, it appears to be out of focus.
