Hi @Hatice Sever

Did you check your public profile?

Also tell us what country you're submitting from.

I believe if they were subsequently rejected you would see a copy on the rejection page. If you do not see it there then there might be some issue that could cause it to be hidden from you.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Dear Jacquelin,

Thank you. This is my public profile and as I wrote earlier about 10 of my cat photos were accepted and I created a collection, but they disappeared.

I am submitting from Turkey.
I choose United States to check my portfolio, I can see my portfolio is working, I checked it.

But as you can see, the Cat collection I created earlier is empty. The cat in the visible cover image has also been removed! Since I have few accepted photos, you can already see it on the my portfolio.

I can prove this by the fact that the cat I added as the cover photo is not among my photos.

And I cant see a copy on the rejection page (the accepted cats).

Thank you

As you are located in Turkey, you have limited insight into your portfolio. But looking from the UK as I do, I do not see any of the cat images. Are they still in your portfolio? https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/portfolio

If yes, they are still there and just need reindexing. That is contributor support who will do that.

Hi @Hatice Sever,

Could you please post a link to your public portfolio? Go to https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/account and copy the "See my public profile" link, and paste here.

Pictures may get deleted, if they do not meet the quality standards and customers have complained. I have, however, no information if that has been the case, as we do not have insight into your account.

If you want an answer from Adobe, I suggest, that you contact contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

Hello,

My profile link is below. And as I said, I had a photo of cats, even it looks like a collection, but it's empty.

Contact contributor support. Keep us updated. The cats' collection is indeed empty.

Being mostly community volunteers here and not employees, we can only speculate as to what's happened.  I've heard of this happening with assets getting re-reviewed and then being removed after being accepted.  Perhaps there were technical reasons or IP reasons that were missed the first time.  It's always possible it's just a glitch in the system, but I find that unlikely.

If it's like you mentioned, isn't the subject still illogical in your opinion? Because the photos were accepted and it's probably been a week. Would my payment be refunded if purchased within a week? First time I see rejection after acceptance and I'm baffled.
Thank you for your help 🙂

I don't hear about it often, but this does happen occasionally from my understanding.  Like @Abambo mentioned, if there is a customer complaint that would be a reason for an asset to be reviewed again.  I'm sure there are other reasons that we just don't know about such as quality control, etc.  I can only assume that's what's happened here though.  I find it far less likely but still possible that this is a glitch in the system.

I can confirm there appear to be about 15 assets in your portfolio, and no cats aside from the empty collection.

Writing to Contributor Support with the link @Abambo provided will be your best bet for definite answers.  I had a very swift reply when I reached out with a question about 6 months ago.

Hope that helps!

The collection I prepared with cat photos is gone, including the cover photo here. I had a total of 31 accepted photos. Currently there are 17 accepted photos.
