My stock account is suspended for no any reasons and stock support is just ignoring me.

Two months ago they asked me to wait - see screenshot
I tried to chat regular Adobe support but they say “we are another team and cannot help”
How can I reach support, get the reason of suspension and prove that I have a full rights for any image and video I uploaded? How long should I wait?

There’s always a reason for deactivations. Adobe Stock earns nothing from them. 😉

Adobe takes IP matters very seriously. I’m afraid you’ll have to wait as long as it takes to investigate the matter fully. When someone files a DCMA complaint about a Contributor’s assets, they also must provide proof of ownership.  The back & forth can take some time.

Be patient. There’s no way to escalate the process. Meanwhile, work on other projects & submit work to other services.

    Good luck.

They blocked also some of my funds, so yes, they earned by some way. I thought that waiting for three and half month is being patient enough at least to got a reply about the suspension reason, but as I understand, I may wait much more and it’s truly disappointed. If something happens with software or payment for software, the support team is fast, but not in this case. Sure I will wait but I cannot understand the reason, why stock support team is so painfully slow?

Sure, when your account gets suspended, all payouts get suspended. You are not the customer here. You are the supplier. That is a completely different situation.

I assume you have a case number. You’ve done everything you can do on your end. You must continue to wait. Investigations can take up to 6 months or longer. Attempting to repeatedly contact support potentially creates new case numbers and impedes Adobe’s investigation.

    Thank you!
I think I have several case numbers already, I thought that 2 months of waiting for support is extremely long but you say that 6 months is normal. That's truly disappointing.

Adobe told you that you need to wait, so please do as you were told. The community here can do nothing for you to accelerate your case. The chat is CUSTOMER support and not contributor support.

This are common automated account suspension reasons:

    • Suspicious Login Activity: Did you recently log in while using a VPN, from a new device, or from a different geographic location?
    • Plan Sharing: Adobe allows Creative Cloud to be installed on multiple devices, but it can only be active on two devices at once, and it cannot be shared with other people.
    • Payment Failures: Did a subscription renewal fail multiple times? Sometimes a bank blocks Adobe charges, causing the system to automatically flag the account for non-payment. [1]
    • Behance or Stock Violations: If your account is linked to Adobe Stock or Behance, uploading copyrighted material, AI-generated content that violates guidelines, or spammy portfolios will trigger an automatic, site-wide account ban.

Not knowing why it was suspended doesn't mean there’s no reason for If. If none of this apply to you, the best thing you can do is document every single attempt you’ve made to reach someone, including your post today and suggestions you’ve been given by contributors here.

I understand you want to interact with a human that can give you concrete answers. What I would do if I was you is spend a couple of hours with 2 or 3 AI systems explaining what happened, and asking for the best suggestions to solve it. That requires understanding that you need to be smart how you interact and ask questions.

    Good luck!

My 13 years stock account is blocked, not a general Adobe account. Why it was blocked? I have no idea, they ignore me and not provide any info. Human support sent me a message after months and hail attempts to reach them. Two months ago. The message was “you need to wait more” - see screen in my first post. At general adobe account, support page the response time is less then 2 minutes, at stock account support page the repose time is 2 months to infinity.

How can I connect support, get the reason why my account was suspended and why the funds from sold stock videos and photos are frozen? How to prove that I have all rights and didn’t park any rules?

Ivan, you just said the same thing, that’s not good use of your time or anyones.

I suggested concrete advice and what I would do. Again, keep records of everything.

I get your frustration, but you need focus your energy, and that is not in this forum.

    Good luck!
