I have uploded few images to my adobe stock contributor account 5 days ago. But they have not been reviewd yet. I want to know that if some thing is not write about my uploaded files. Please help

You have posted to the wrong forum. The correct forum is Stock Contributors.

5 days is not an unreasonable delay for Moderators to review assets. Did you submit Generative AI assets? If so, you can expect moderation to take several weeks,perhaps as long as a month because Adobe has been flooded with AI, with some contributors submitting hundreds in one batch.

You're not alone. Be patient. There are probably many, many submissions ahead of yours in the wait queue.

Five days is no problem for any type of asset. If you have submitted generative AI assets, you should be prepared to wait for around a full month before you get your assets moderated. There is a massive backlog in that queue.
