My uploaded videos are 4 month in Pending WHY?

Hello, I submitted video footages for Addobe Stock 4 MONTHS ago and all of my works since that still In review Category , I want to know why this is happening? before that period footages were approved. Support says I need to purchase subscrtiption.?? Do I need to buy anything just to sell my footages? What are my further actions?

Support is Customer support which is, as the name said, supporting customers, not contributors. You are, as a contributor, a supplier. No need to have a subscription for contributing.

 

Delete the assets and resubmit, if you think that they do not get reviewed anytime soon.

Purchase what subscription? You don't need to be a subscriber to any Adobe products in order to be a contributor. 

Many Contributors have reported review delays of 2-3 months or even longer. There's nothing we can do to hasten the review of our assets. Be patient.

Thank you for your answer, I thought there is something wrong with my account. cause some footage was approved quickly around 50 videos other are pending and nothing happens for 4 months. I keep adding and adding each day.

Many of us have the same issue. A bunch of images will get approved, while olders ones are ignored, then there is a long lull while nothing is approved. I'm in the "lull" period right now with no assets approved in about a month...
