my vector rejected , what was the reason

If this is truly a vector, I hope you didn’t auto trace? Of course it would help if you uploaded a larger image so we can se what the problem is.

Artistically it is beautiful. 
The Qs is who is your target audience? Who are you hoping is going to buy the image? 
In terms of rejection, the gold pieces look a bit unclear. It is hard to know for sure, unless the image is bigger.

Vector graphics are precise math-based drawings in AI, EPS or SVG format.

That doesn’t look like a vector graphic. It looks more like a pixel-based illustration in JPEG or PNG format.
