Question

My work was rejected because it was thought to be done by AI.

My work was rejected on the grounds that it was created using

- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.

- Undeclared Generative AI Content.

- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:

I affirm that I created the work myself, And I didn't use anyone's artist's name.

This is the image title. ---- "Futuristic Synthwave Background with Retro Neon Grid and Starry Galaxy"

and I have evidence. I would like you to review it again. If the quality is not satisfactory and you still reject it, I accept the decision.

    Hey @jujah

    It is a cool image.
You may want to reduce the number of distractions. Adobe Stock likes clean and crisp images and video content. Essentially remember that your content could be used for commercial intent. Meaning:
businesses or people want to be able to add their own copy/ imagery/ and so on

    or

In a case like yours, a background that just simply runs in the background w few distractions that are repeating

    Cheers

Read it again - that’s not what it says. Undeclared AI “could be” one if the reasons for rejection…

Reviewers send out generic refusal letters to cover multiple scenarios.  This is from the Contributor User Guide.

The quickest way to handle this would be to resubmit with a signed Property Release form by you as the artist. Most reviewers can’t distinguish digital artwork from generative AI.

    Good luck.

That was really scary. From now on, I'll have to be careful and attach evidence every time.

You do not need to attach evidence with each submission, and there’s no need to be scared, rejections are a normal part of the process but they don’t mean that your account is in jeopardy.

With that kind of review, I would not resubmit the image. Also, the two lines that don’t meet are distracting. Furthermore, the top picture is too light compared to the others.

The image looks too bright because that was the final step; I increased the brightness.
The image in the next step shows the initial stages, from color gradation to brightness adjustment. And I agree. I'm not sending this picture anymore because I don't want any problems.

We are contributors here like yourself and cannot be of direct assistance. You have a couple of options: resubmit and perhaps get a more experienced moderator; resubmit with a property release to indicate it’s an original work; or use the contact link at the bottom of your dashboard to explain your asset was incorrectly tagged as AI.
