Nearly all of my 30 photos got rejected?

I am quite upset for almost all of the photos I submitted were rejected for "technical reasons". They are great quality, not blurry or overly edited, and are not against any rules. I submitted a bunch of nature-related pictures like landscapes and flowers... What on earth could be the reason?? Thanks.

Can't comment without seeing one or two rejected images.

As a guess, maybe your camera doesn't have enough megapixels. Or perhaps your composition and photographic technique are falling short of expectations.

Hi @jennap51862876 ,

You need to inspect your images at between 100 and 200% to see the flaws.

You need to be able to identify white balance issues. Slightly out will earn you a rejection.

Color fringing is also another flaw you need to look for especially on edges in the highlighted areas.

You need to look for areas with details lost due to over-exposure or underexposure.

Slightly over or under exposed images will also earn you a rejection.

If there is grain noise or the colors are not smooth your file will be rejected.

The edges of your file must still be sharp when zoomed to full size - 100%.

No out of focus elements must be in the forefront.

The entire frame must be in focus except in the case of closeups and a bokeh is created in the background, in which case the subject must occupy most of the frame to prevent blur distraction.

Those are some of the issues you need to look for. If you check for all these and still cannot identify the reason(s) for rejection, then feel free to upload three or so of these images for help.
