Hola!, necesito ayuda con el apartado 2 del formulario W-8BEN, no me permite rellenar los campos.

No. If you fill in Mexico and the form gets accepted, your withholding rate is automatically 10% for the type of revenue that you get from Adobe. The additional fields are standard for general applications of all kinds and are needed, when you claim a special rate because of an obscure clause in some treaty. That is not relevant for us contributors.

En la parte II  , del numero 10

no me permite rellenar  los datos, tengo por entendido que si no lleno estos campos me van a aplicar el 30% de impuestos, cuando lo correcto es del 10%  segun la Lista de "Tasas de retención fiscal para países con tratados fiscales con los Estados Unidos". 

Probé con diferentes navegadores (Google Chrome, Explorer, Firefox) y aun así no funcionó. :(.

    What fields can't you fill in? Normally there are only the fields needed, where you can fill-in data. You can post a screen copy of what you see, but if you have confidential data (name, address, tax number, e-mail) you simply need to redact that or enter generic data.
