me robaron mi computador y se me perdieron algunas imagenes que tenia en ella, necesito descargar esos archivos para poder armar mi biblioteca

No one here can help you find your missing assets. Did you not have a backup in the cloud or in external drives? Adobe Stock is not a backup service, and there is no provision for you to be able to download your own assets. If you do license your own assets, your account can be banned for falsely inflating your own sales.

You can't do that. It's against the terms of your contributor account. And except if they are Illustrator files, they may by far not be what the original file was. So it is indeed not the correct way to manage that. The correct way would have been (!) storing the data on a backup and recovering from the backup.
